Two Weird Glitches. >_>

Not sure if this has happened before, but I went into Luminous Stone 1, walked a few steps foreward, and this happened:

And then after that, walking around the area outside of Luminous Gate, this happened:

Again, I'm not sure if this is common or not, but I'm going to report this anyways. o.o;;

Yeah thats happened to me a few times, but only in the cities.
I've had it happen in the Mist forest too.
But never luminous stone.
It's not unheard of though.

I've had that happen to me from sand beach field to forest of tides @.@
