I gave it a 5, unfortunately fiesta is the same as many online games currently out there. It has better graphics than those games that's why I gave it a 5.

For originality I give it a 1, for overall rounded gameplay I give it a 6. For longlivity I give it a 5.

Some people will get bored of this game fairly fast if they have played games like ToP or Mythwar <--- Those two are only examples.

The major problem with this game is that it doesn't bring anything new into the online gaming world, it brings the average kill monsters with basic quests and a leveling system that is far from perfect.

Maybe after the closed beta is finished we might see improvements\ajustments to the game where players actually can take part in mini games, events, and new skills to try to level up.

It certainly isn't worthy of a 10 or even 9 in my book, but based on current development and growth in player base, the game is on the right track. Currently, it is another cookie cutter MMO though. However, it has a few really exciting features that, if fixed for the better, will really make the game shine. (no pun intended, Shine Online... lol)

Yeah, everyone keeps saying it's beta, but this poll isn't asking how good we think Fiesta MIGHT be in the future, it's asking us now what our opinion is of it.

That being said, yeah, total cookie cutter. There's a few nifty features such as KQ.. and uh.. it has cute emotes? Yar.. There isn't a lot I can really say about this game at the moment.. I've deleted it from my PC already even, it just doesn't keep me entertained. I've been playing MMOs for a decade or so now and seems like every game I find nowadays, it feels like I'm playing the exact same game all over again. Monsters just look different, classes\skills\spells have different names, and the world looks different. But as far as gameplay goes, there just hasn't been anything new to push games to the next level of fun for me, though.. The most fun I've had playing a game recently was a single player game even, and I absolutely hate single player games lol.. But, Oblivion really did it for me.. It was the closest I've seen a game being pushed to the next level. Freely attack anyone you want, with potential consequences. That's a biggie for me. No PvP? No fun. And before someone says 'We've got arenas!' That's completely not what I mean. It's a RPG, I should be able to roleplay a realistic life-like experience in a fantasy world however I choose, even if I choose to shoot someone in the face with my bow. Sure, have guards chase me down and try to arrest me, then let me either run, resist and fight, or go quietly along to jail.. I want a realistic and thrilling experiene.. Not some silly fighting dojo that I can sign up to play in far from the more sensitive players in the world. Stealing from other players is another thing I like to see in games. Random traps placed all around, as i mentioned Oblivion before, I'll say it again.. Traps in that game weren't just walk here and you explode.. There were trip wires and things of the sort laid out, hidden levers and buttons, if you saw it before you came up on it, you could simply jump over it or cut the wire with your knife and let it go off in front of you.. You had to aim spells, swords, and bows as if it were a FPS. You could create your own spells even from a wide range of spells that you've learned. The assassin quests were amazing as well.. My favorite being one where I sneaked into someone's house and unhinged a moose head hanging on his wall to fall and crush him, making it look like an accident, and escaping without being noticed.

I'm pretty much going on and on about this one game, but like I said it's the closest I've seen a game being pushed towards the next level of gaming.. With all of that in mind, what has Fiesta offered?

Yeah, if they introduce all out pvp servers, I may come back just to run around and fight, but until then I'm going to wait for a game that actually brings something new and exciting to the table. As it stands now, this game isn't BAD exactly, it just isn't anything special. The graphics are cute and I liked the kingdom quests, but that's all I can say for it. I've played MMOs for far too long to get hyped about this game..

But from reading some of the posts, it seems there are plenty who enjoy it, some are finding this as one of their first MMOs as well, and if that's where you stand, then yeah, Fiesta would make a pretty decent starter game. It's free, it's cute, and I'm glad people out there enjoy it and that people are still making free to play games, but it's just not for me, I need something more in a game, personally.

I have only been playing Fiesta for 2 days now. I've found everything to be quite easy to find and easy to learn aswell. (Ex: What every button does etc.) The graphics are great and remind me of the old games I used to play (R.O.S.E Online being one of them) which I find awesome! The monsters are cute and all aswell! Now, I find this a great game with some MINOR 'issues'.


Not so important issue: Perhaps a longer looting time. By the time I get to the corpses of say, 2 enemies. Someone ran by and stole the ring that dropped. Kind of annoying and something that can possibly be looked into in the future.

There is hardly and character customization! I think that what MANY people look for in a game is customizable characters. I know this game is in beta now, but perhaps this is something that can be looked into in the future :) My husband discovered this game and is already bored with it because everyone looks the same. (I personally go for better gameplay, which is pretty good in the game).

More classes! Or atlest something added on to the current ones. Perhaps once you reach a certain level, say a mage, you can specialize in one of the following: Fire, Ice or Lightning. This would give the game a bit more...I can't think of a word right now as I just woke up :p But I would like to see more class choices in the future :) That would make this game even better than it already is!

Last but not least, the classes need to be a bit balanced. From what I'm reading on the site (and I don't know for SURE, as I have only been playing 2 days and only have my first character, a mage at level 15. No problems sofar except I'm still using level 1 spells because the cooldown is hella long. I'd have to rest after every fight, which bothers me.) the classes aren't balanced! I've read that cleric is one of the best. Sure, it takes time to kill, but you may heal yourself and in the end, you kill as much as a mage. That's not right. Perhaps the people playing mages are doing something wrong? I'm doing my own little test to find out, but it seems to me the classes are a BIT imbalanced.


Correct me if I'm wrong or anything, but these are the only problems that I have with this game. Overall, everything is great! I even like the music in the game, and once again, the graphics are GREAT! No lag either, except during events. Controls are easy, I play on a laptop without a mouse or anything, just the touch pad, and everything works good as can be. Great game with only the small issues I mentioned above!

Wow, great overview and you've only played for two days?
Great summery of Fiesta's basic needs right now. Yes, Clerics need to be backed down in some way and Archers should have something really special that makes them attracting. I find least used characters are rangers, followed by melee. If Archers just arn't needed. Got the melee tanking, cleric healing, and mage doing some impressive firepower... what are rangers for?
I'm a ranger myself (only character and it's level 25) so I know a good bit how partying works. =/

Bots and Gold sellers are something that need to get taken care of, but I don't have a sullution as of yet.

And the reporting function takes forever to use. >.>

7. When you get a quest, you ought to have a waypoint placed on your map indicationg how to get to the person that gave it to you.

8. The horse is REALLY pathetic. Come on, a wooden horse? you guys can do better than that. make a real mount, and introduce it later in the game.

9. The music is quite relaxing, but i also feel like i've been sitting in an elevator for way to long. Can you make a few more "inspiring" tracks?

10. Id like to see more art and some walls (perhaps a fanart contest?)

11. i'd like to be able to see whatever hat i am wearing

12. i'd like to be able to choose the color of my clothes (later in the game)

Three of those points is for the gold spam, lack of beginners guides and in-game help, clunky controls, and ridiculously difficult numbers of materials it takes to START a product skill.

The last point I deducted is for the retarded GMs that seem to only know how to say "It's your computer, fix it, don't complain to us" when it comes to legitimate bugs that occur with the game, instead of doing a little research that doesn't involve a cut-and-paste auto response.

That all being said, when everything is going right, it IS a very fun game, and definitely not the grind-centric load that WoW turned out to be :)

Very low at this point if you were to rate it as a release. The game is grossly unbalanced. Has massive bot/gold seller problems. Highly buggy. I was just killed by a mob that was in a wall and when i tried to attack it back I got "frozen" in place and couldn't move or cast, just sit there and waste money on stones/potions to survive until I realized there was nothing i could do. It has potential because none of these things require significant "code time", but it nonetheless makes it a poor game at this point.

i think there should be quests you can join at diff times not just when your a certain lvl and they need to add more big boss monsters that drop special weapons not just the regular old ZK,GGK,CG, and speaking of that does anyone know if the legendary tree in Forest of Slumber drop a rare item or is he there just for looks???? but thats a good example there how they put a really hard monster there and when you kill it you get 5k xp .....thats it. also add some NPC's that sell armor dye for 50 silver a dye to make it kinda hard for people to change the color of thier armor, and make hat quest items that give stats and make the quest hats so that you can actually see yourself wear them so people know you got a rare item. anyway i can keep going on and on about things i would do to make this game more fun but im not going to

- There are countless spelling errors, but then again, it's a Beta.
- Bugs and crashes need to be resolved, but then again, it's a Beta.
- Someone needs to make a price guide!!! =)
- Every enhanced item needs to shine, not just weapons and shields.
- Helmets need to appear on characters
- We need more character customization options, but then again, it's a Beta.
- When you go to a player's purchase store and roll over your inventory with your mouse, the item needs to show the amount they'll pay for it, not the NPC price.


This is probably the best MMO I've ever played because it offers more than simply combat, the graphics are decent, and it's fun. :D

It is a fun game to play, it brings back memories of zelda and mario world. One of the things about single player games is you always wish there was someone there to help you take down a boss. Those games had a cartoonish quality to them and so does fiesta. As far as complains about down times going longer than they should, I should remind people that games like everquest 2, sometimes the updates they placed on the servers take longer to get onto the servers than anticipated. Being a programmer myself, I understand these things and they don't bother me since I know the headache programming can be. Yes this could have more added into it, but for a beta I have to say this isn't that bad at all. More can be added in later just like larger more movie-like MMORPGs do (i.e. everquest 2, Wow, etc.) but give it time to grow programming takes time and so does creating textures, models, etc. Patience is a virtue for both players and programmers.

I'd have to give it aroouuunnd a 7. It has alot of potential. I love the graphics; the full range of camera movement, the fluid character motions, and the bright, smooth colors. I also love that you can see the different outfits a character puts on, though slightly dissappointed you can only see the main articles of clothing; the shirt, pants, shoes, and weapon. It would be neat to be able to see the hats, or even the necklaces.

Which brings me to one of the things that made me a little sad. There should be more options for clothing. Yes, what the armory offers. but perhaps rare drops from monsters, as well? Or fun headgear quests? There's so little customization, and from what I've noticed, most people seem to enjoy making their characters look unique, and there's very little of that in this game. It's deffinitely on the right road, but nowadays, with all the new MMO's, to really stand out and be unique, characters appearances is something that should be really worked on. I mean, look at gaia-online. It's just a forum. when it started, it was nothing but that and the avatars. The site thrived on being able to customize the avatars and make them look cool. If gaia was just a forum, it probably would have died ages ago.

But beyond that. I've found the main town to be pretty glitchy. Sometimes I'll die and arrive in town, and the entire upper level will be non-existant. just a cliffside that you run down, and if by some chance you manage to walk onto the platform, it disappears completely and all you can see is the NPC's and endless blue. Cute at first. then frustrating. very.

I like the direction that this is going, but it does need some improvement in some areas. which is to be expected from a beta, don't get me wrong :) But that's just my two-cents.

I put 10 because it is probably the ONLY and the FREE game internationally. Even though World in Warcraft is better, it cost what $5 to $15 idk the prices MONTHLY. They threaten to delete you account if you don't pay up! Plus, the prices can make me throw up! First you have to pay for a computer, then other programs, then the internet, then the game, then the patches, then the expansions, then the monthly fees, then you take a risk of having you credit card stolen, and other garbage.

Fiesta is an awesome free game where they don't care if you choose to play or not. The game is continuously improving *thumbs up* unlike WoW where you continuously waste money. Runescape lol is a joke....lol lol imao imao rofl rofl.

It's a solid game, but a lot of things need to be worked out before the beta ends.

-Bugs. Thousands of 'em.
-Enhancement odds are quite lousy.
-Some of the text is formatted poorly, so a lot of words jumble together. The War Status page is unreadable.
-Character customization. So far we have four different faces with three different hair styles with three slightly different colors. 36 combinations. Hundreds of players. Do the math.
-Spam happens. But it happens WAY too much, especially in Roumen. At times it's impossible to get through without stopping due to the lag, and it's annoying to turn the chat filter on whenever I go to town.
-Repeat quests generally suck and carry on for far longer than they're good for.
-People shouldn't be afraid to go into Echo Cave. I know that goes under bugs, but it's a pretty good-sized one.
-Little more balancing would be nice. Between classes AND some of the monsters. There's a difference between a challenge and an annoyance.
-Speaking of class, the obscene chat filter desperately needs tweaking. I mean, seriously. Clam?

There are others, but the good greatly outweighs the bad. There's nothing that would make me quit the game altogether, just a lot of aggrovations.

I gave it an 8/10 bearing in mind that we're still in Beta.

Cons: The game's still pretty glitchy sometimes and lag can be an issue too especially during event (client side lag that is.) Graphics aren't the best in the world although probably the best of all free MMOs I know.

Pros: Excellent gameplay, on par with WoW at least. Very active GMs, lots of events to break the monotony of the grind at higher levels. Interesting King's Quests for the same reason ^^ And finally a really cool weapon upgrade system that actually lets you show off your fancy +9 mace in a way that makes everyone else want one :D

Exactly my thoughts.

Other then a few glitches, alot of miss types on npc convo text'd, and the amount of spam bots in towns but im sure this will all be fixed by the time the betas over and the full version is out.

All in all i give it a 9/10 and its most def the best mmorpg out to date. i was hooked within the first 2-3 hours of playing.

I'd give it a 7; I think the stat system needs some reworking (I think DEX should affect aspd, for example), as well as some balancing and depth issues that could be looked into. It is a good MMO that does have some things going for it that I do like, but as it is right now I wouldn't be granting it any 8-10 score.

I'm thinking DOMO probably has my vote for possible best, but since I'm actually playing the Taiwanese version without an incredibly solid understanding of Chinese right now, I can't quite pick up everything regarding the game. (The targetting system is also a little weird)

still alot of bugs to fix, alot of random glitches. a few things inside the game itself could be changed. poorly texted(can barely read ur own missions). and the most important is individuality, not enough hair styles and colors. really hoping the custom feature comes soon. other than that i really love this game, its really cool, and the fact that its free is even better.

Actually I wish I could change my vote to 9. Since it is just a beta, it is likely to have glitches and bugs; many of them. This game is so good it makes Runescape a big joke lol. Check on Runescape.com, it's failing really badly, but don't play it though. IT SUCKS! STAY WITH FIESTA!
