lol again, today i went to look at something from Black smith at Elderine and then...I saw a lvl 30 weapon in my iventory and my money was gone...Oh Mai Gwad i think i..accidently right clicked randomly again.. -_-" wasted 27s (this was second time, this time i dont know why but it was there!) This SuCks.

You guys think they should have a box poping up when buying from npc saying "Are you sure you want this item"?Etc and then have yes or no option??.

I would agree on that. I found myself thinking I didn't purchase anything because I had 2nd inventory selected, so I clicked buy again and found out I purchased two of the same thing. Pain in the butt I tell ya.

There's a box poping up if you clicked to sell your equip in the inventory, thought there's nothing poping up when you buy why =/ ?

It didn't happen to me with weapons before, but back in the closed beta I bought 10 of the same skill scroll and wasted like 4s...
And I agree, they should give you a box saying whether you want to buy the item or not. :P

Well i imagine it is a nuisance when you accidentaly buy something for 15s. It happendet to me with a few skills but I don't think a box would be a good idea.

If they decide to make a pop up box for confirming a purchase then imagine what it would be like buying something in bulk like flotation or alchemy stones. Plus then they would have to make it for user stores as well since having the box pop up only sometimes would just additionaly confuse people...
I already hate the pop up thing asking if i really want to teleport/move (in case of miners/templars). Please don't add another thing to confirm every time...

psst... try posting this in suggestions :p i'm sure it would get more responses and maybe HOPEFULLY a GM or Dev will see it and say... "ah crap now we have something else we have to work on T.T , well atleast someone is doing their beta tester job"

:p

but yeah it happened to me a few times... and it sux due to lag.. you click once.. you don't see it in your inventory... you click again thinking... maybe i misclicked? and next thing you know u have like 2 or 3 in your inventory...

ya, i think they should make the box for confirm purchase...
although i never buy wrongly before but whnever i cleck on purchase store, i usually will turn the camera around by right click well it was risky...
so your suggestion is good...

Although it hasnt happened to me I can see how it could be a problem. I do think it should be for high dollar items. If it were for everything it would be really annoying. Maybe for anything over 10s?

I dont know why you would be purchasing things you didnt actually click on. Lagging maybe? As in you right click elswhere but it doesnt hit the server till you have the vendor screen open?

Yeah I think the game should implant something so that it's not that easy to just buy something, like move it in or have a box where you want to buy your stuff, not just right click because a lot of people make that mistake and it's not fair for stupid stuff like that to happen so they should make buying boxes or make it so you ask or make it so you have to move it to your inventory or something

Sounds like you have some sort of computer virus or something; the kind of computer virus that just buys things that you don't want on Fiesta. >_>

Wait until you get into Uruga and have this happen to you. You will bang your head on your computer desk until there is a huge pool of bloody mess =.=

I agree as well, i know so many people (and myself) who had accidentally bought armour for the the wrong class. I feature to make sure your buying the right thing would be amazing!

Yup, I know the feeling.
I have done it many times by accident.
It is still difficult to resist right clicking a second time when you are not sure if you actually purchased an item or not.
The merchants are more than happy to sell you stuff but they don't accept returns or exchanges.
Even worse is if you right click in your inventory while the purchase window is open and accidentally sell the item back.
pay 27 silver and accidentally sell it for 3 silver. LOL
There is a pop-up box for that but the pop-up box seems to blend right into the window that is currently open which makes it all to easy to accidentally confirm the sale.
If they add the confirm purchase box and made the boxes bright red to confirm a purchase or sale it would make it a lot better.
Just my opinion.
:D

I just think people need to be more careful how they click. Yes, mistakes happen, but this is still beta. I think if you just tell a GM about it, they can heal correct it for everyone. This game is so great in the sense that you get a lot for free. Please don't give up on it over a few mistakes. I'm sure your friends would miss you not being on to play. You can always make the money back or maybe a GM will help you if you ask.

i agree:

there should be a drag-and-drop system!

- no single-click-mistakes

- one movement and one mouseclick (hold + release)

- intuitive !

^ Amen to that. It hasn't happened to me but I see how it is a problem. There should be a confirmation screen for every deal you make. As for selling 50 mushrooms in one go, maybe you should be able to sell things in stack to NPC's?

I haven't yet accidentally bought anything but I have bought something and been like, did I get it? the notification that you bought it is pretty small in the right hand chat window.. so I didn't notice it at first.

I don't know about a confirmation to buy though, i admit I accidentally see what people are selling or buying as I try to navigate through the shrooms but I have lowered this by moveing with the wasd keys and only steering with the mouse. but it hink a confirmation to buy when I am after 20-40 HS might drive me insane. though if I could buy lots and sell lots with it I am all for it :D

*edit*
I also depost most of my silver in storage so I don't carry hardly any of my copper/silver on me. so, if your worried about it, at least till there is a better fix, I suggest you do the same. I take out what I will spend for gear/skills and the rest of my small earnings stays in there.

Perhaps a better solution than either drag and drop (trust me, dragging and dropping more than one item at a time is painful and tedious), or the constant annoyance that is an "are you sure?" message (Windows users get enough of those anyway), would be a simple "undo transaction" option, so long as you've not closed the shop. This same feature would serve just as well for stat and skill increases, and would be a lot simpler and less time consuming than both.

Best idea ever!
It makes perfect sense and is simple yet effective.
I vote for this :D

When selling to NPC to sell the whole stack just hold down 'ctrl' when right clicking.
