the eroded souls for the colbalt quest. hwo many do i need? the guard said 40 but he wont take it. do i need 50?

Yes it is 50 eroded souls that you need to collect..

I just went to the Guild Office Director to accept the quest and he stated that he needed 50 eroded souls.. It also states 50 in the Quest log.. Could you post a screen shot of where he is saying to collect 40. Thanks

it needs 50 eroded soul fragments these can be found on lvl 1 from everything. you give them to guard and he will tell you talk to the guild master. go back to town and talk to him and then your quest updates and you need to find 40 eroded soul pieces these can be found on lvl 2 from everything, when you give these to the guard he will tell you once again to go to guild master when you do your quest will update and you need to find 30 eroded souls they can be found on lvl 3 of the cave from everything as well. When you give these to guard you go back to guild master and he gives you the 1 mil exp which should be lot but when i did it on my lvl 96+ archer i got like 11%. i hope this is helpful.
