Mara KQ bug

Dear GMs and players,
The following situation has occured to be during my Mara KQ[B], the 10:14 slot [GMT+8]. The Kq ended normally with the word success popping out of the screen but when i reached elderine i realise i didnt get the bonus exp which was granted upon KQ completion. The treasure chest also disappeared upon reaching elderine. I didnt die and had 2 hearts lefts. Please investigate this asap.

Was your inventory full? if so you won't get the chest or the exp.

I am level 17 with good stats but the mara quest is saying that I am not qualified for the quest what is the problem

lol i had the chest in my inventory... and it disappeared... but nvm its just 1 KQ afterall i seen other ppl's thread gettin error for like 3-5 KQs tt muz be bad....

Not qualified how? Does it say server not found or something else?
