Since an Off-Topic section has been added to each game section, I thought it would be a good idea to post the rules put in place by Serric on the original Off-Topic.
Yes, there are some, although it seems we have been a little lax in enforcing them. That is a thing of the past:
1: All posts and threads MUST adhere to both the Terms of Service (http://www.outspark.com/legal/) and Forum Rules (http://outspark.com/forums/showpost.php?p=639309&postcount=1). Any posts/threads ignoring these rules will be subject to deletion and the poster will be reported.
2: The off topic forums is for topics other than those which would regularly fit in the existing game forums. It is NOT a place for spam. Spam threads will be considered violations and will be deleted, the Original poster (OP) subject to report. What is spam? Anyting that doesn't have a topic for discussion.
3: KEEP YOUR PICS CLEAN. This means keeping the pictures appropriate for those under age 13, free from racial/ethnic overtones and in compliance with the above-listed forum rules and TOS.
4: If you have to ask yourself if a post or pic is inappropriate, then it probably is and should not be posted! If you want to check first, send it to a CL via private message for approval prior to posting.
5: Starting NOW, repeat offenders will be given a single warning, then will have their forum accounts suspended for a period of no less than seven (7) days. Continued offenses, whether they be under a primary or alt account, may be subject to more severe punishment including, but not limited to, account termination.
6: If you have questions concerning any of these rules then send a private message to a CL.
Please help keep the off-topic forums clean and abuse-free.
