Teva beach treasure chest error

On the sand beach on the teva server hter are two unreachable treasure chest on top of a hill.:confused: Can they be moved so they are reachable?

I remember seeing those chests! :O I have no clue why they were put there, but I tried for like 10 minutes trying to find a way to get to one.

I believe the chests randomly spawn, and the programmers didn't think to stop them from spawning in inaccessable areas.
