Friend got banned. why?

Hi, my friend who got me into fiesta got banned. he tried to log onto his account to play today and it said he had been blocked. Me and him have checked his email and everything and it doesnt say why and how long he is banned for. can you tell me why he got banned or why or something.

Please dont post his email, it puts his whole email account under risk and it can put his account under risk if he gets it back. ;x

If your friend did not get a message in his email explaining to him why he was blocked then he should send a ticket to support@outspark.com (http://support.outspark.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit) and await a response.

Make sure your friend is checking the email he registered his account with, and that it was a legitimate email address.

But as stated above, he needs to consult Support@Outspark.com for further information. Included in the email to Support@Outspark.com he needs to include the SparkID for the account that is banned.

As for the "why", we cannot answer that for you. This is something that is only for your friend and Outspark to discuss.
