Buying Skills

For some reason it won't let me buy skills, somebody help!

After I buy a skill it won't let me learn them... I just bought a skill to teach me how to make elrule but it says you cant learn the production skill or something like that. Someone help me soon!

You have to pick your production skills first. You can learn 2. You need to learn Stone production to make elrue/lix/etc. What you bought is a recipe to learn to make elrue after you have the production skill. Press "k" in game to open the skills selection menu.Drag and drop the 2 skills you want into the 2 open slots at the top. But be warned! once you chose them, then that is what you will have the entire life of that character.There is no going back.Chose wisely.

I chose my productions skills then bought Elrue which doesn't appear in my inventory and it still doesn't allow me to produce it. What's wrong with it?

Are you sure?

It will be a purplish/red looking scroll.

Or did you right click to learn it with the shop window still open? that will just sell it back.

I'm a cleric, and I bought the lowest level healing skill today, but cannot find it anywhere in my inventory or in the skills thing in order to learn it. I know for sure that I bought it, my copper decreased and the little box on the right told me that I had purchased an item. I'm currently level 4.

hehe. are you sure you bought the SKILL, not the POTION????? i've done that before, that's why i ask. i meant to buy a Power increase production scroll and instead bought a Power inc. scroll----soooo, upon clicking it in my inventory to LEARN IT, i actually USED it. GET IT???
