What have I missed?

I haven't played on Fiesta since before Easter, so there are a couple of new things that have been implemented, which I want to know about, namely:
Battleground (PvP): Obviously I know what PvP is, but I want to know what the rewards for killing someone are , and the penalties for getting killed.
Academy's: I'm guessing these are just like guilds, but how do you make one? What does it cost (to make one)? etc.
Apprenticeships: How do you become one, and what do you need to become one? What are the benefits and responsibilities of doing so?
Monarch: What's this all about?

I have guides posted on my site FiestaGameTips.com that can answer all your question, but let me give you a quick break down on what I know..

I'll let some else explain PVP points and stuff....

Academys are just schools for Guilds, players in the academy get rewards as they level and the whole guild gets a buff when an academy member levels.

Apprentice: just get a master, (right click someone of higher level then you, then select make master) the benefit is you get rewards for getting to certain levels 10, 20, etc....

Monarch: You get an apprentice, you get some of the money they make, well not there money but a % or the amount comes to you....they dont give you money you just get it if they sell to NPC...

Increased EXP
Experience rewards from quests have been significantly increased. You should find it much easier to level now, especially below level 30.

Free Expansion: Burning Rock
New high level areas, a new Kingdom Quest, and of course... the level cap raised to level 89!

King Helga's Tomb
We also added a very challenging raid boss - King Helga!
