set pieces lvl 20 not tradeab;le and other lvls are tradeable

I received a lvl 20 set piece armour and i can not trade it.. looking at that I am a lvl 85 cleric its pretty useless for me.

I also have a ll 75 fighter armour from the setpieces and that IS tradeable... can soemthign be done?
