Um i have a glitch... a bad one please help gms!!!

On my mage Caitlan ( I have not tryed it on other accs yet) i can log onto it fine...but if i try to go through a portal it doesent load and i know that means i dc but its not my computer because my brother can go through portals fine
Also after i go through a portal and it dcs me when i relog in it wont let me on my char unless i relog like 2/4 times
whats wrong ?

I was having a similar problem like that a weeks ago,i could login to the game and sometimes not,and when the game let me to login and enter the game i went to a portal but the game just hangs in loading screen,i tryed to wait like 20 min but nothing.............i tryed to uninstall the game and many times relogging but no results.

In a desperate solution i used a Elderine Town Scroll or whatever scroll u have in the inventory and teleported to another area,now i can enter any portal without problems.Hope this works (when u log and enter the game,use a town scroll and go anywhere)this may fix the glich.

EDIT it kinda works now that i did that but it wont let me in sertain places....
