how do i ajust my gameplay window? like the bottem inch is cut off. is there a way to full screen? or resize? F11 doesnt work

Press Esc until your Options window comes up. Then I believe in your Graphic Options there should be a way to toggle between Fullscreen and Windowed, as well as change the size of the window.
