Ok.. I sent out messages to people asking for some hints / tips as to what to do to build a good pvp knight. Got a little bit tired of waiting for a response so I figured I might get a quicker response by posting a thread. Yes there are a number of threads that could help me with this issue of building a good strong durable pvp squire/knight but the thing is.. every single thread I looked at .. everyone was saying add to POW.. which is fine if only I knew what the heck POW was..
On diablo 2, for a basic pvp char such as a barbarian I would pump in lots of health and the items took care of the rest, I am asking for a breakdown as to what stats and skills to add to from the begining to start my pvp char. And please dont emote skills.. I dont understand what POW or any of those other words mean just yet.. Im a newb still so gimmie a break.
To put it simply I need some helpful advise as to building a pvp squire/knight the most effective way known. Thanks.

POW is a stat. When you level up you receive a stat point, 2 on every fifth level and 3 on every tenth. POW is the stat category that equates with physical strength, it adds to your attack and the weight that you can carry. It is the basic stat for the squire and knight. Pvp, is still relatively new to SOS and not a major part of the game, so as far as I know there are no special pvp attributes or builds. Just build a good aoe tank and you will probably be as well off as possible. Besides, you will want to keep leveling up so you can compete in pvp and grinding and aoe are the only ways to do that.

Oooooh I see, well then I guess that means this game is still open to pvp builds, Maybe I can try some diablo builds.. this game is very close to being the same. And just like on here everyone underestimated the barbarian.. which might as well be called the squire on here. Anyway thank you for your help. Could you tell me wat aoe means??

It stands for area of effect, but in this game it tends to mean mobbing. Tanks collect a group of monsters, then use their aoe skills to kill them. It is seen as a more efficient way of gaining experience and leveling up. It requires good defense, which means good armor, and an enhanced weapon to speed the killing. The squire gets reflection, his first aoe skill at level 51. Wild Swing, the knights main aoe is aquired at 71. An aoe skill allows you to hit several monsters at once rather than killing one at a time.

Never compare this game to D2, you simply can't as going one stat in that game opposed to SoS is asking for suicide. ^_^'
Statwise you go POW, maybe some STA depending on preference when you aren't/going to add points to AGI for Double Swords. Anyway, your mainstat is POW to deal damage. You won't get any super effects, or increased skill levels like D2, nor will you be able to use other classes skills(Would have been fun, though)
This game got very limited statbuilds you can utilize effectively for each class. Almost all of them are pure offensive except for the Archer.
Use this thread, covers most of pvp:

well you sure have chosen a bad class for pvp. unfortunately fighters are bad againts archer unless their bow is rly trashy. but the build in this game is very simple and you will become to understand it more to progress in the game. but as you have been told you go pow. or pow and men for the skill called blaze(i dont like it).but im pure pow and pure def thats my only stat as a fighter. hope the information helps you.
