Quest bug...Weak Ogre's Tonic

Im on Appoline Desvelo, Desvelo_1, Desvelo_2 and Desvelo_3...

Hi all...

I have a problem, for this quest to start u need to pickup a tonic... know i was in a party at lv 33 about and the pickup was on sequential so i got one of these tonic's... Got on wiki and it said its for lv 49 quest so i told my friend and he did the quest...

The problem is that i threw the one i got away because i needed the inventory space and im not gonna hang on to the tonic for 16lv's...

Know ive killed about just over 200 weakend ogres and "NO DROP", cant find a lv 49 that will help me to see if i pickup one of theres that it would help...

So what do i do???

just keep killing unfortunately.. eventually one will drop.. if u see one drop on the ground to another party ask them if u can have the one piece. if someone actually HAS the quest started, the drop rates on the Tonics increase significantly.
