Alrighty, I heard from a friend that a wedding has a time limit of a week after you get your proposal accepted, but my gf read on here that you only have 3 days! Can some one tell me which it is?

Your GF is correct! You only have 3 days to decide if you want to go through with it or not, so if you're going to get cold feet, get them fast.
