Skill Empowerment

Just wondering what most people usually empower first and with what? It seems to be able to solo, which I usually end up doing, either +dmg or -cooldown would make sense. Just trying to figure out which to empower at lvl 18!

Depends what class. For example, a mage would wanna lwoer cooldown for each of the skills so he/she can constantly cast. Also it depends on how fast/slow you can cast when killing monsters or just wanna lower/power something. For example, i made a cleric and instead of healing every 3 seconds, it's now 2.
