My guild friend in epith (and I'm in epith) said that a new server called Erou will be made for europeans, and that we would get banned from epith and would have to start all over on the new server, my friends dont want me to leave, will i be banned from Epith?

I've never heard anything about this, and it seems very very fishy. Banning Europeans from a server they've already been dedicated to for months? Make them lose all their hard work? And call it Erou? I think they can be a little more creative than that....

getting seperated from a girlfriend/boyfriend

Europeans already have their own version of Fiesta provided by Gamigo. Outspark IP blocked users from certain areas in Europe that registered after July 14th.

I think your guildy is getting that situation confused.

If Outspark creates a new server, it will be available for all that they provide the service for, so that they can relieve the stress on the other servers when they get too populated.

outspark is only blocking new accs from austria, switzerland and germany since july 14th. no one got and will get banned >_>

What a heck is happend here?..
EU IP block was ment for Europe in general not for selective countries.
It is like Gamigo block IP for example State of New York, Florida and California leaving rest USA free to connect.
There is way too many dezinformations running around and created unnecesary drama...
So let me post this one more time:
Everyone from Europe who created GAME account before July 14 2008 are safe to play at all servers and they will not be banned <Or exiled at special server>.

If you're here, you're fine. Not getting banned. Not blocked. I don't think Outspark would make any European servers since they do not have the rights to Europe. Gamigo is the publisher for EU Fiesta.

now i sorta get it, the players that have an account but haven't even started (Europeans) can't use Epith right? So the old players like the lvls past 30 don't get banned from epith? my char is lvl 46 and I dont really think someone would wanna ruin all of someones hard work.

I wonder who told you such things...
There is NO server block so if you have active Game account but do not use you might play at all servers.
Any such "information" are nothing more as gossips witch my create too much chaos.
Reasumed: I you are from Europe and have active account created before July14 2008 you are FREE to play at all four servers.

If you have an account right now, you have full access to all of the servers. Banning is non-discriminate. Anyone of any level can get banned, if they break the ToS and a staff member sees fit. Right now, if you can connect to the game, you are fine. You're not blocked, not banned.

If you were in Europe in a country that is blocked, you wouldn't be able to connect to any of the servers.
