Set Items (mobs to kill)

hey ummm...I'm on a lvl 47 character and I have tried to get Set Items but never got one, can anybody give me a good mob for me to get a Set Item from??

Some says random,some says more chances of drop rates on dungeon boss.

according to Darthinish luck has nothing to do with it and theres some spot to kill monsters that drops tons.
