My dad say no my computer today or weekend :(. Why? My bad day my card atm buy sc again. My dad give me my computer back at monday. I cant talk here and I'm play PS3 with wireless. See ya ...;)

Are you emancipated? By law, an un-emancipated minor would be prohibited from purchasing a house because they cannot sign legal contracts.
Of course, there's also the fact that a house costs a bit more than any 13 year old can make selling cookies to the neighbors. That is, unless, your parents are deceased and you have received an inheritance, in which case, being a minor, you would still be placed in a foster home. So, I find it very hard to believe that you own a house.
