Falling Under Terrain?

Anyone else had this happen? Usually its where areas connect to one another, all of a sudden I am in blue nothingness under the terrain. Sometimes it corrects itself, other times I have to relog to get my feet on the ground again:p

yea, that happened to my brother in roumen, he was under the area where the smith and weapons title guy stand, but there was no blue, it had a texture laid over it, one of basic ground i believe
