Can't cast spells due to current skill use :confused:

I've got a level 13 mage. Every time i try to cast a spell (this just now started happening, and until now its worked fine) i get an error that says a skill is currently in use. the problem is, I am not trying to use a skill or spell or anything of the sort, and waiting does nothing to solve the problem. I figured signing in and out would fix it, as it does with a few other bugs i have experienced, and at first it worked again. But a few minutes later the same error occurred. Figured i'd put something up in the threads so that the problem might be taken care of.

on hind sight, this may be linked to another problem im expriencing right outside of roumen. the monster spawn there seems to have no limit, and there are now app. 100+ slimes/mushrooms within a very small place... this may be causing the spell glitch i mentioned above. anyone else experiencing this error?
