Cleric Build

Hey guys..

I encountered these 2 builds which Im confused with:

First - 3:1 for END:Str
Second - Pure END

So which of this is highly recommanded throughout the game if I were to play solo most of the time.

I'm currently having 2 STR in it and wonder if I need to replay or is there any possiblity for restates towards later stage of the game (NPC? Quest? Cash Items?)
