i just started to play but everytime i log in to the laucher nothing happenes and it quits... does anyone know why this is happening to me :(

Do you use a firewall? if so turn it off or let it allow outspark. They block the game from launching.
Do you have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c?
Vid card drivers up to date?
Meet minimum requirements?
Using a firewall or answering NO to any of the other 3 questions can cause the game to NOT launch.
