"Guild Storage Buffer is full"

I get this error when trying to access guild storage on my character who is a guild leader. This is on the Teva server. I've tried relogging multiple times, still get the same error.

I see in the "Known Issues" forum it says Teva players were formerly unable to access guild storage but it's now marked as "Resolved" as of 10/16.

I have the same issue on the epith server. I cant access guild storage with my character thebigba it says the same thing" Guild Storage Buffer Is Full."
