Any AoE skills that required you to click the ground won't work in pvp. Don't ask me why cause I don't know why the GM made it like that.

It used to be that AoE did not work at all in PvP. It was implemented because everyone kept complaining that these skills did not work. As for lightning and reticle trap not working, it's because they apparently work in a different way than other AoE skills.

i remember way back when i was appy got warped to free pvp after duels my lightning worked once they forget to turn off aoe i guess xD..... got me killed tho but i racked up some kill points b4 i got pwned i dunno why it doesn't work now that aoe is enabled. they have option to make it work i dont know whats there problem i think its messed up cant use aim aoes especially for appys and mage cause like its the fruit of our hard work to finally use our crazy lighting and icicle of pwnage -__-

I thought Bramble and Frost both targeted a player? They actually always worked but originally only affected the targeted player making them useless as AoE...

brambleway targets someone and everyone around the person targeted gets binded frost is just surrond self one click aoe same as ct or anything like that

but yeah if theyre going to make wild swing and all the rest of them useful in pvp now... shouldnt the targetted ones become useable as well? ><

Lightning is very strong, in fact stronger than volcano.. Those kind of aoe (aiming on ground) are strong unlike circle trap and wild swing.. Volcano is exception.. High level skill with high mp consumption (can u beat 68 mp per cast?)..

That's the game engine.. Archer is already overpowered and very easy to use.. Their skill is good as it is.. That's why DnC don't bother to change it because they are already strong..
