I don't know if outspark has the right to change this but according to fiestaonline.net in game divorces will cost in game money. Granted...500s-1.5g...but in game nonetheless

Here...taken from fiestonline.net. Instructions for divorce:


1. Things to keep in mind when getting divorced
You cannot divorce within 7 days of marriage. .
Divorce expense will be charged when divorcing.
Once you divorce, Proposing and Wedding will be impossible for 7 days.
After divorce, the skills and gifts will automatically vanish.


2. In the section, you can choose between consulted divorce and forced divorce.

3. Consulted Divorce
Consulted Divorce is available only when man and wife both applies for Divorce.
When you apply for divorce, it will cost both man and wife will be charged 500 silvers each.
When only one person applied for consulted divorce 500 silvers will not be spent.
500 Silvers must be in your inventory. It won't work if it's in the storage.

4. Forced Divorce
If your loved one applies for Forced Divorce he/she will have to pay 1 Gold 500 Silvers.
When forced divorce, divorcee can refuse up to 3 times, and after that will be automatically divorced.
If your loved one refuses forced divorce, you must wait 7 days to apply for Forced Divorce again.
When you received Forced Divorce application and press Close button in the Refuse Divorce window, and apply for Forced divorce from the NPC, you can get divorced.
The time given to confirm whether to go for Forced Divorce or not is 3 days, if you do not choose by then you will automatically be divorced.
If you do not refuse Divorce in the Refuse Divorce window when you receive Forced Divorce application you will be asked every login for 3 days.
If your Spouse character doesn't login or deleted his/her character, still 3 days of reserved date will pass for applying for Forced divorce and then you will automatically be divorced.
