In PvP I think we all know fighting a rogue or sin is near impossible. They dodge nearly 85% of attacks (statistics made up on the spot) and even when a scout gets lucky enough to parasite the correct area to reveal the enemy he will either dodge your attacks and flee or kill you in an instant.

I suggest a skill (possibly called foresight?) which is the scout equivalent of a Disciples Saint Rising. The only difference being instead of 100% damage reduction it is 100% accuracy.

Just as 6 seconds is a suitable amount of time for a disc to be invincible I don't think it would be asking too much for 6 seconds of attacks which hit their target. (whats that 3-5 shots? by the time you change hotkeys.)

Uhm.. so that's my idea ^^

I havent played as a disc or a rogue so try not to newbxor me too bad with your criticism =s

If you are PVP'ing right now as a scout, I think you may find the PVP experience as archer significantly different. If you add MEN (which most archers do, to upwards of 30), your hit rate will increase, meaning that your accuracy will naturally rise as you lvl. Similarly, your bow will get better, your windblow and DoT skills will lvl up, you will have more points in POW (and possibly AGI), so your attack damage will also rise.

Dodge is a rogue's trademark, their birthright. A skill that negates it for 6 seconds seems somewhat unfair (since we already have Parasite, which negates their other great attribute :P). Not to mention, an archer with a good bow can easily do enough damage in 6 seconds of 100% accuracy to kill their opponent.

So, I can see where your frustration might be coming from, but really, archers are already so strong in PVP that I don't think this skill would be necessary :)

This game is lame really, theres not that much emphasis on lv. I had trouble dueling a lv 80+ rogue and I'm lv 110+ Archer. Its weird how i could hardly hit a lv 80+ rouge and had no trouble hitting a sin. One thats even pure agi build!
