Creating a character glitch.. guide!

When you go to create a character, you cannot see the preview, so the hair color/ style is almost random.. soo.. :

good guide but.... by sheer fluke i know how you can see how your character looks if you have the problem. All you have to do is go to the taskbar and right-click it like your gonna close it and it shows the character and the current hair style and color.

You don't fix the problem. You use this guide to avoid the problem and go about your merry way.

IMO, this guide should be transfered to the Bugs section. The new players dont seem to check this section b4 posting their "i cant see my char on creation"

hmm, is that what the char creation page is supposed to look like?._. im a fiesta player, first time gunna play solstice, i downloaded and everything but looks like my screen doesnt look like urs x.o i got a white screen and no char . thought it was normal but i guess not ~w~ might have to redownload but ill post under trouble shooting. thankis for the pic ; p

Thanks for the guide, about glitch. I appreciate your point of showing us hairstyles. BUT would you mind telling me how can i see my character in game. BECAUSE of this GLITCH i am unable to see my and other characters in game as well, Can you tell me how to get rid of this problem?

I got the problem but when I enter my character in-game..the scneen is black..ALL black no NPC no nothing just all black..anyone know what to do...I DL Fiesta and played it just fine

Check to make sure your graphic drivers and direct x are updated(doubtful that's the problem but doesn't hurt) and if that doesn't work reinstall.

Y'know.........I've installed, redownloaded, and reinstalled this game on two different computers......and its NEVER WORKED.

One big question I'd like to ask is----why isn't something that makes the first big impression on the excited, new customer, hoping to create their very first character..(and the massive fail of said feature) a slightly bigger priority of a company most likely hoping to grow and expand??

It is weird how this has yet to be fixed after all this time. I mean i've played Xenepic Online and they don't have this problem at character creation. I imagine the chinese and Taiwan versions also don't have this problem o.O

I just don't understand how the heck they can have let such a basic graphic glitch endure for so freakin long........you'd think sometime within the last 2 years they'd have done something to fix it.
