what stats should i boost if want to a templar and i am an acolyte?

You'll get a stat reset when you change to Disciple, whereupon you should make POW your primary stat. Check the Templar class discussion for additional information regarding templar stat builds.

Take your choice of acolyte builds from the stat threads in the aco section of the class discussion forums. When you go disciple everything will reset and you will lose all skills except amplification if you have it. At that point go full power like Compassion says. Personally I recommend going full int except for the power needed for each shield until you change to disciple. Once disciple you can use a build recommended in that section or the class discussion forums.
