item cant be traded [Archive]

I got this blue cleric chest with my fighter , but this item cant be traded, cant vendor, cant put in storage.
is this normal after the latest patch or is it a bug? pls help me, i really need the chest.

have a really good friend? you can always go somewhere secretive and drop the item to pass it to them... they could then pass it to another character of yours using the same method. i know it doesn't solve the issue, but if you're desperate, it's a workaround. just make sure you're somewhere very secluded, or of course you could party up and set to sequential

i got the same thing goin on w/ Power Armor (lvl 20 Hawkarcher) top i picked up on my fighter >.< was going to make 5 gold and cant do anything w/ it now. please help us GM's!

thanks for suggestion but i had already tried, it stated that it will be destroyed if u drop it........ some1 pls help....
