Cannot Move to Maps [Archive]

I am currently stuck and cannot go outside of Collapsed Prison or Elderine. Those are the only two maps I can currently visit. I cannot scroll to any other map such as Uruga nor can I use a gate to go to another map. I didn't have this problem earlier this afternoon everything was fine. Now I can't play the game really because well I'm stuck. What's going on?

Hello!

I know someone that has the same issue as well. It happens to them in all servers.
This seems like something you need to contact support@outspark.com for.
Please include a detailed description, just like your post, with your ign and the server that you are in.
They would be able to help you with your problem.

I hope it will be resolved soon ^^

Sadly I had to uninstall and reinstall fiesta to get it to work.

well yesterday after warping through a gate to br it told me id failed to change maps even though i had lol.
Im also wondering if theres a problem warping from collapsed prison, 3 or 4 times ive either warped or died in collapsed prison but it either take ages to turn up in uruga, or it d/c me. The last time it kicked me offlineit said authentication failed O.o

Well I know this much I spoke to soon. I got as far as Uruga but I couldn't go to AEW or Forest Perimeter. It just hangs up and doesn't load. This is rather annoying really. And all my freakin cash shop items most likely will expire before I can get the use out of them. I'm really getting tired of this crap.

this happend to me once.well hope they truly fix it for you.oh ya its frustrating alot of times espicially when ur doing quests ;p 3 weeks ago it happend to me .....boy was i mad lol. hope it gets fixed.

Ok so its been 3 weeks and counting and my character is still not fixed. I have lots the usage of my exp boost card which really pisses me off. 2 weeks ago this coming Wednesday they were suppose to send it to a developer to "debug" my character. I have sent countless e-mails with no response over the course of the past week and a half. This is really getting ridiculous.

Just ask them to adjust the expiration date of the EXP boost card and also all your SC items when they fix your char.

They did that in the past when the servers got problems.

Ok so now I can't even freakin log in under my main account I'm having to use my alt account now. I can't even log in to outspark.com with my main account. What in the world is going on???!!!!!!!! *bangs head on desk* I'm about to go freakin insane here!!!!

*sigh* I don't understand this. I can't log in with my main user account on any outspark sites. I can't log into fiesta. I can't use my main character. I've wasted money on SC items that I haven't been able to use. T_T This is getting rather depressing now.

Send a mail to support@outspark.com , posting here has rarely be efficient for this kind of issue.

someone just brought this thread to my attention, so i though i'd drop a line.

for this character stuck issue, it's something we are aware of and i'm personally working with OnsOn on it. right now, if you have a situation where you can't move inbetween maps or you have one character that is stuck on the loading screen and others are fine, you need to contact the Helpdesk ( http://support.outspark.com/) so i can get your information and pass it to OnsOn.

currently, OnsOn is debugging characters with these issues. we will get to the bottom of this, so please be patient until we get it resolved.

It happents to me too just whit Collapsed Prison it get stuck in the "Now Loading" screen then Fiesta says it have an error and it have to quit.
