No Connection = No Way Out

At times I have my connection purposely off, or my firewall blocks me. This is ok i know why it happens. I get an error screen, as I should.

The problem I have is after I click OK. It shows the little animation but there is no exit or retry button. It doesn't help a person who knows little about computers. To get going again, I have to do some creative exiting and a restart.

Just thought it would be something to address before release.

i know what to do, someone else may not. This is a bug reporting forum, in other words, a perfect place to put suggestions.
