How to enhance/refine items to +9?? [Archive]

well~get red eyes blue miles
tho you have to buy them with spark cash
for me i dont get things to +9 for lvl 1 items i get +6 lvl 2 +3 and dont mess with lvl 3
i know im not very risky but i hate braking my weps and wasting my stones. anyways always consider getting blessed elrue lix and xir to increase chances
DONT get discouraged not many ppl have ever succesfully enhanced something to +9 without eyes and miles

Unless you are prepared to break like 100 of them to try. Many lost patience before give in to buy the eye and mile. I give in after losting my 3rd level 20 weapon and tired of digging cooper ore to get enough money to buy a new one.

what doesnt make sense for me is that i enhance t2 better than t1. for t2, +6-9 in 2 tries (normal stones) for t1, +6-7 in THREE TRIES!!!!! isnt t2 harder than t1? eh....

Without any item shop items, the farthest ive gotten mine to is a +8. Getting my level 40 Bows and stuff to +9 is tricky.
There is always a pattern to every enhancment for each item and character class.
For archer weapons I always follow a path, kinda like a clock to where I put my stones.

I don't believe in patterns for enhancing. Honestly, I think you choose unconciuosly to notice the many times it follows the "pattern" you have chosen. Because the enhancing process is based on pure luck, you will get the item enhanced wherever you choose to put it at exactly that time you enhance. So wheter you start at the top spot or at the right or left, it will by chance land where you wanted it to, and you get your item +1'ed. So if you follow a pattern it will make no difference, which is why it works so well.

That's the +damage. At the top of the name it will say, for example, "Solar Eclipse Targe Shield[+9]." That's what's meant by +9. The +12 or +30 is either the damage or defense added by the item being + whatever (1-9). Rumor has it that a +10 will be added in the future, but it has not be implemented yet.

Actually it is possible to get a +10 weapon if you use a lucky xir when the weapon is +8 and get really lucky and have a +2 enhancement but, the only reason Outspark have not released +10 weapon options is that there is a glitch right now that needs to be fixed first. The glitch is whenever you bring up your inventories menu with a +10 weapon in your inventory, it will cause your Fiesta game to crash/disconnect everytime lol ^^.

Lol i got mine to +10 but it looks like +9 but it leaves the color on the ground moving whenever i move XD

The highest I got was a +7 on a mace for lvl15 cleric, haha. My level 30 hammer broke at +4, and I never added enhanced it. Right now I have a level 40 hammer at +4. I was speaking to someone and he said he was able to get +9 without using SC. He said he just enhanced until it was a success. After that one success, he'd wait the next day.

I'm a little skeptical about it, but I've been getting one successful enhance a day. I just hope my good luck streak doesn't break tomorrow. I have money to replace, but I want to save it.

I gave up on enhancing after I broke 2 lvl 30 weps. I haven't had a single +9 on my mage, but that will change soon. I hope I'll be able to afford one soon. I think the +9 lvl 50 wep might be the most important since you use it in the job change.

Often, new players use the added damage as the +, so in that case i would have a +5xx.
Don't accuse people of something they dont understand.

My 1st +9 bow was lvl 15. I made it at lvl 17 with no niles/eyes at all It was my 1st time i didnt really know what i was doin nor did i know the risks.
I just got 6 of each t1 stones and enhanced with a few fails all the way to +9 and Ive never given/sold it away ever It was my 1st and only +9 ever.
Then I thought to myself "that was easy i wanna make some more." so i grabbed a lvl 20 and got it to +1 b4 it broke on its way to +2.

i dunno if its so hard, since i dont enhance my weps and armors too much (with a +3 is enoguh for me bcuz i fear to break em), but i hav noticed certain pattern just like sum1 says up there...
in a clockwise i use the 1st stone at top slot, then from there, if success, use next stone in the next slot from the stars end, and if fails, i use the next slot when i use the stone...
is not dat easy to enhance dat way, specially when usin xir, bcuz its get broken easily, i just hav enhanced a pair of boot till +8, but gets broken when tried to get +9...
i still guess dat blessed stones r better, bcuz it dont succes dat much as normal and lucky stones, but it protect ur items to get break less often ^.^

Stones in this refers to enhancement stones (Elrue, Lix, and Xir). You can either have a character who makes these stones, or buy them from other players.

What error do you get (bottom right of the screen)? Is your weapon unequipped? Are you using the correct tier stone for the weapon? Are you only placing one enhancement stone in the slot?

Best i have managed is two t2 +7 (lvl 50 xbow, wand) and t3 +6 (lvl 60 xbow). I stopped enhancing now as it's a lot cheaper to just save your money and buy +9s.
