I kinda need some advice

I'm about to reach my 45th lvl, I wonder if I should keep lvling on my neo till the end of the exp weekend*I guess I'll reach more lvls faster as a neo than scout with less skills*? or it will be the same thing? or I will kill faster on scout?

Any help/advice will be appreciated.
