In Sand Beach I have come across a few bots...

Easy enough to realize they're bots. Especially if you kill a mob near them. They come over and stand on your item till you pick it up or the wait time ends and they pick it up.

pretty much brtaylor2000. (what hapenned to simple names?)
That would be the best thing. Catch aggro on the angry while on a mount so you have a bit more speed, then do laps around the bot until it catches the aggro.
I do that all the time when flying through.

i should do that, hm...we should have a post of the bots and where they are so people can just mess with them at will. i wouldnt mind trailing a HUGE mob onto them with my cleric. not very cleric like i have to admit, but they're not really people anyways right? 0_o

No need to worry about justifying it. Granted, it's vigilantic behavior which is typically frowned upon in open society, we *ARE* stakeholders in the welfare of this game as players, so we should police our own somewhat. That means exposing/frustrating scammers, bots, gold farmers and the like by any means necessary.
keep in mind that everything I've said here is only practical theory and I am NOT telling you to hunt down bots, but again, I wouldn't miss them if they accidentally caught aggro from your train of 15 mobs.

just tell me where to go, ill bring the wrath of god down apon them! *shouts in holy voice and shakes fist*
besides, i really like this MMO, i dont want to see it go down the tube, i know that it wont really stop them or do much, but it will still slow them down, and if enough people constantly take the matter into their own hands......
*imagines bots dying on field as soon as they start farming*
oh and Rustic, i love your sig lmao

In Sand Beach, you can either drag the angry wolf on them, but chances are they'll handle it without difficulties. By knowing how bots work (Look for a target / attack) you can aggro mobs wait till the bot react on it, and drive them to mara pirates (yes, there are mara pirates in Sand Beach). They won't survive long there.
In Forest of Tide, just drag them to Smart Phino / Prock Zone / Kebings.
In Forest of Mist, drag them to the north of the zone.
Dragging bots can be painfull as they kill your mobs, and mobs don't follow you for eternity, but it's worth laughing when they fall.
