problem with launcher

Hello!
I have some problem with my launcher .So, I've downloaded Fiesta,installed it and trying to launch 'Outspark Launcher',but nothing happens!The launcher window doesn't appear.
Can anyone help me?)

make sure you have the latest video card drivers and DirectX 9

Using a firewall can block it from coming up aswell.

yea- check your anit-virus software too, make sure its not blocking the luancher

I have latest video card drivers(22.09.07), DirectX 9.0c(4.09.0000.0904) and my firewall&antivirus isn't blocking Fiesta launcher:( but I have same broblem =(

this may seem stupid, but try all the ways you can to launch it.
try the desktop icon, program list launcher, and try Start-running the program.
it solved my problems (temporarily) :(
