How can i save in town Roumen?
I Start every in damn Town Elderine.
And I do not get away from there.

You are warped to the closest city to your deaths location I believe. Just die closer to Rumen for now on. (Answer: No binding in cities afaik) xP

In fact no, it all depend in wich zone you died.
You die in Sand beach / Forest of Tide / Forest of Mist, you'll respawn in Roumen.
You die in Sea of Greed / Burning Hill / Moonlight Tomb and higher lvl zones, you'll respawn in Elderine.
No clue wich zones respawn you un Uruga when you die.

So, if you arn't high lvl enough, maybe you should stop going in Sea of Greed bc you have no business there.
But if you went there by accident, zone in Forest of Mist (there is a portal in Elderine) and die there, you'll respawn in Roumen, or use a TP scroll.

If you can make to the actual Concealed Prison in CP zone, dying inside there will spawn you in Uruga. Dying in the regular Concealed prison zone will just spawn you back in Elderine.

The regular Concealed Prison you are refferiing to is Collapsed Prison

Basically when you are in Collapsed Prison check your map and look for the portal that says Concealed Prison 1st Floor. If you can manage to somehow make it to the teleporter go there and get killed in the area and you will be warped to Uruga upon dying.

The only problem is you need all lv 45+ to make it to the teleporter because the bridges are guarded by Karisan Templer and they deal nasty nasty damage.
