One thing I think needs to be taught to the new people is when describing your weapon, don't say "+19" or "+15" or all that. What you're reading off to people is the addition damage added to the weapon, but not the actual grading of it.
Weapons and armor gradings are anything from +1 to +9 only.
This helps people understand what level the actual weapon/armor is at and gives a better visual than saying something beyond the scopes of an upgrade and mistaking the double digits when describing it.
