How does someone steal something off your character and also steal your silver?

That only way that is possible is if you give them said items or sell them by "accident".

Maybe the server was hacked, and the hacker happened to find his account?
I trust the Fiesta developers have good security protocols, though. I think he's just trying to scam some stuff for free.

If this happened, I would try sending a GM a private message or fill out a report in game, or ask for a GM in game. Forums don't really help. We regular players can't fix it.
