I'll be honest with you, +4/6AP is going to cost you more like 8 million. +1/6AP goes for 4 million, and there's no way you're getting to +4 on less than 4 Xens unless you're freakishly lucky (in which case, someone will sell you that +4/6AP for 6 million anyway).

Good luck buying, these are a royal pain to get and always cost a lot of money. (No sarcasm...seriously...I wish you luck.)
