Alright, so my friend Josh is trying to get on Fiesta. You can use the launcher, but after that, the screen either goes all funky on him (turning weird colors, or staying white), or his computer shuts its self down. ALL because of trying to play fiesta. Does anyone know what might cause his computer to go all crazy? He has gotten on successfully ONCE for about 5 seconds befoe his computer went insane on him. I want hoim to play Fiesta, but we can't fix the problem... We need help!

It sounds like his computer may not be up to standards to play Fiesta.

Here's a little list of things to check on to see if it can:

1) How much RAM does the computer have?

2) What kind of video card does the computer have?

3) Are the drivers up to date for it?

4) Does the computer have DirectX 9.0c installed?

5) What OS (Operating System) is being used?

6) What is the original spec for the computer? (one person tried using a Pentium II with 128 ram to play Fiesta.. WAY under the required minimal specs).

I don't think we're that smart to figure that out. His computer had enough memory to download it, but because it has so little, everything runs so slow anyways.

Ok. Um.. *thinks* Try this..

If you're using Windows XP, look at the lower left. Click on the "start" icon and go to "Settings" on it and select "Control Panel". A new box will pop up with a bunch of icons.

Look for an icon called "System" and click on it. A box should pop up with some of Windows and the computer's stats. RAM should be towards the bottom of that box.

For example, this computer I'm on is a Pentium 4 (P4) with 3.0ghz and 1 gig of RAM. The RAM information is especially important.

No, not smart. Just trying to give simple instructions if I can without being technical. I get just as confused at times. :D

If the comp is doing that then I can pretty much guarantee that it doesn't meet minimum requirements.

Doing a dxdiag can tell you.

Go to: Start---> Run---> type in dxdiag and click Ok.

All your comp specs will show up on the dxdiag page.
