True wisdom is not measured by the quantity and quality of accumulated knowledge, but by the prudent use we make of it.
Or something...whatever...i just felt like posting some corny saying. This seemed the right place to do so.

Well...
That's a silly question because both are very cool and smart.
I like both and it's not okay if someone of them hasn't so many votes as
the other one. Celtic_Princess and Klothos are very cool. ^_^
And that is the only thing. I voted no one of them. It's not okay to vote.

Who are we to measure someone's intelligence? One can never know the extent of knowledge another holds. One can simply see some of what they decide to show us. We all have our own strengths and weakness', what those may be cannot be compared to another because not one of us is the same.

That question can't be answered. The wisest or smartest are never alone in the top because one can never say that he/she knows the most, intelligence is divided into many parts so no one for sure can say who has more.

It's a dumb pole with no point -.-
Both have their areas of expertise. My equation goes like this.
Klothos+Celtic=Win, while this thread and possibly the OP=Fail.
How bored and desperate do you have to be to make such a thread to only bring attention to yourself?

Note this if Off-Topic forums, most of the other threads here don't have a point either. So how many times do you have to be mean and rude by someone elses off-topic poll. And when your bored obviously you wanna do anything for no reason. Look at the chuck norrise thing..can you really pin point the point of that thread? cause if you can then the reason will also account for this thread aswell. So show a pinch of respect, it won't kill you.

Ah, yes true. But still, I can‘t really answer that because I guess they are both wise. =)

I vote Celtic_Princess simply because I remember who that is.
That being said, I'm the smartest damn person who ever lived.

Dogs while I appreciate the fact that you consider me to be a wise poster, I would prefer not to have my intelligence judged against another fellow user. Klothos and I often agree on many points and hold a lot of the same ideals. In that case, I don't believe we can be compared.
Also, I'm sure there are areas where Klothos is more knowledgable than I am and vice versa. Its hard to compare something when there are so many levels to consider. Intelligence itself can mean something completely different to two different people...to one it may mean book smarts or knowledge in a particular area, and to another it may refer to a persons grasp on common sense and their ability to adjust to every situation.
There are many, many intelligent posters on this forum. More than I have encountered on any other site thusfar. Not only do they challenge me to learn more about certain subjects, but they may benefit from what I have to say. :)
That said, I would like to respectfully ask that my name be removed. I understand that your intention was only to create a new, fun topic that everyone could participate in...but it does leave the door wide open for future flaming like it has in previous polls that were similar. This is why, generally, Outspark discourages polls that compare two staff members or users.

You are way too nice, Celtic_Princess. Much nicer than I.

There is an old story… a king had two bright intelligent sons, but wanted to see who was the wiser, so he devised a test for them. He took them outside and pointed to the clouds above, grey and full of rain.
“I want you to tell me, when it rains, when the storm has passed.” The father asked of his sons, then left them outside as he returned to his home.
An hour passed, and both sons stared at the heavens. As the first drops began to fall, one son turned and walked back inside. The other remained, confident he would be the one to being his father the news. Hours passed, day turned to night and still the rain poured and still the son stood. At the first light of dawn, the rain ceased, and the son, thoroughly drenched and exhausted, entered the house to find his father and brother eating breakfast.
“Father, the storm has passed. The rain has stopped.” He said with a miserable smile.
“I know,” the father responded. “your brother has already informed me.”
Furious, the sodden brother demanded to know how, when he had stood from beginning to end in the storm, his brother should deliver the news before he. “How?” He pleaded, “How did you know?”
“When it began to rain, I came in to eat supper,” said the brother. “I sat beside the window, so I knew it was still raining. When I went to bed, I could hear the rain upon the roof, so I knew it was still raining. When I awoke to gather wood for the fire, it was still raining, and I had to hurry to bring the wood inside before it, too, got wet. Finally, as father and I were eating breakfast, I looked out the window, had seen it had stopped raining and pointed it out to father.”
The moral of the story? Well, you guys can figure that one out, I reckon. As for this thread, it may be wiser in the future to gain the permission of those you are creating a poll about. Because it has been requested of me by one of those in the poll, I must close this thread. However, I will leave you with this:
We often move forward with the best of intentions, but we must proceed with caution, for even the best intent may have unforeseen results.
