It sounds like his computer may not be up to standards to play Fiesta.

Here's a little list of things to check on to see if it can:

1) How much RAM does the computer have?

2) What kind of video card does the computer have?

3) Are the drivers up to date for it?

4) Does the computer have DirectX 9.0c installed?

5) What OS (Operating System) is being used?

6) What is the original spec for the computer? (one person tried using a Pentium II with 128 ram to play Fiesta.. WAY under the required minimal specs).

Edit: you may also check the following for help.

If you're using Windows XP, look at the lower left. Click on the "start" icon and go to "Settings" on it and select "Control Panel". A new box will pop up with a bunch of icons.

Look for an icon called "System" and click on it. A box should pop up with some of Windows and the computer's stats. RAM should be towards the bottom of that box.

For example, this computer I'm on is a Pentium 4 (P4) with 3.0ghz and 1 gig of RAM. The RAM information is especially important.

Ok. Your system basics are well above minimal requirement. It sounds like it might be your graphics card. They're notorious for being picky on certain games at times (especially if not updated to most recent).
