New to the game, but not to the genre...
I have mainly played tanks due to the fact that I am confrontational and would rather be in your face then at a distance. I have tried archers and magictossers, but always end up rushing in to my oft quick demise. After many attempts at playing something else I decided to stick with what I know, stand and take the dmg and let others toss the magic and arrows.
Growing up I looked down upon those who played RPG's. I was ignorant and didn't know any better. When I was stationed in Korea, I got drunk and stumbled into the kitchen and walked in on a tabletop D&D session. Been hooked ever since.

Everquest I & II
WoW
NwN I
Diablo
Fable
Elder Scrolls III Morrowind with expansions
Elder Scrolls: Oblivion
Runescape
Shadowbane
Horizons
EVE Online
I am currently on a PC thats not mine with Vista so I have been searching for a game I could play on it, been playing Runescape but wanted to try this out as I suspect I will like it more.
I will be playing Tank named Talkius in 3 years when my download completes...
