with adding every 5 END i add 1 STR...

i prefer to be a tanker and solo-ing...

and how to learn skill...i just learn those skill from ruby...

eeerm why dont u read some of the other threads in this forum, cuz 80% of them contain similar questions. so nobody has to repeat himself.

or maybe a messageboard-mod makes one of those threads sticky.

to ur question: 5end 1str seems to be a good for tanking and soloing. and u can only buy skills at ruby until level 20. that's all u can get from 1-20.

You can upgrade those skill by buying higher level skill scroll. You can not manually train your skill, just train how and when to use your skill :D.
