New pw changed bug???

Okay is it me or this pw changed is a new bug?
So today,i decide to changed my pw because its 3months old o.oSo I went to this area :) and it clearly says ''pw has been successfully changed''Heres the first screenie

So lets just say my ''old''pw was:''Jerry'' and my ''new'' pw was:''tran''
So now my new pw was ''tran''right?So I assume it worked with np because it says ''pw successfully saved''.When I try using that new pw ''tran''log in to fiesta which is this screenie.(image removed due to large size -CSR Joker)

I CANT.OMG I DONT KNOW WHY.


And last on this screenie..i try to log on to spark ID for fiesta store which using my new pw of course (''tran'')...and it worked..What the heck?I CAN log onto spark ID using ''tran'' BUT not ''jerry''???BUT on fiesta game i CAN LOG ONTO "jerry" but not "Tran''?ROFLMAO what the hell is happening T_T
So is this the new bug?Two pw we must have?And one pw we cant changed?So I guess i will stuck with my ''old'' pw (''jerry'')on my fiesta game forever?D: bleh i know this is confusing but try to comprehend please._. please someone respond to this threaddd D:I assume of the new bug =.= any GM or CL or csr help me please :/

Go on "forgot your password?" or something and go on your email..check for the email you got from outspark its gives you link and you can change it again..maybe it will work,gl jerry D;

I don't have a direct answer for you but you can try to find your issue on support.outspark.com if its not there you can use the same site to submit a ticket.

U completely misunderstood my question lmfao. I KNOW what my pw is....im just asking that WHY I HAVE 2 PW...one for log in fiesta and one for spark ID ffs ugh..I hope this is a bug..any GM CSR OR CL please respond me :/ if u guys having same problem as me...

If you are going to continue to post your first screenshot, please block out the Email Address. That is why I have removed the Image/Link twice since it is a major security risk for you.

I'm not exactly sure why you are encountering this problem, but make sure you follow the directions for changing your password very closely. Which you can find here. (http://outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=100858)

I would suggest you try it again, if you haven't already. If you still have problems, submit a Ticket or email Support@Outspark.com as suggested above.

Support@Outspark.com is an email address.

It would probably be more easier on them if you just copy and paste the body of the thread and the images into an organized report. So that they don't have to go and refer to a thread and they can just read it right there and then. But I'm not completely sure what their preference is on that sort of thing.

Hello, yes there seem to be a bug for password change since we launched our new portal. We are looking into it as we speak. I am not sure when they will have an update but I will post here as soon as I hear back.

Please keep in mind that we are in the middle of a holiday weekend so it may take a few days to get this fixed but we are actively working with the resources we have over the holiday to address it.

If you are from Germany, you,shouldn't be able to log in because Fiesta is not accepting new accounts with IPs from Germany, Switzerland and Austria, ever since July or June~
