Go to a Guild Manager NPC...
The click on.. Academy, then there should be an option for Guild Storage.
But currently there's a weird bug on it, sometimes it says "too many people accessing guild storage" and u cant open it... =/

It sounds like he was able to find out a while ago considering he just called himself a noob. Plus the dates he posted are off by a couple of months
