Can't Login?

I am having the same problem, wondering again if it is a reginal thing. I have been a member for a long time but live in one of the european countries (yes i joined b4 the ip bann thingy) Is everyone else the same? or it might even be a hotmail issue, I have noticed that my friends who have a hotmail account can not log in either.

I get the following error when trying to login to the forums: Invalid login credentials.

Yet they are right, my email and pass are correct, and to check i have changed them both and still getting the same error.

I hope this is resolved soon.

Edit: I notice that most having this problem has a join date of 1969 XD

GM's pls do something about this!....i downloaded and reinstalled fiesta 2 times, changed password and restarted pc but none had effect

Apparantly my friend in game are also experiencing the same problem. =\

I am not understand here. If you have the same problem logging on to the forum then how are you posting this message? Your account is active you should be able to login fine. Please double check you are using the correct password.

I did enter the right login info. Tried to reset password but the reset link in my email only took me to Outspark's home page. Said nothing about the password being reset or anything.

OK, so now that you shed some light on how you're posting here, it would really help to know the account SparkID that you're trying to login with that has the problem. When we read your post and check on torohachi, it's fine! the problem is we can't read your mind to know the other account that is not working for you.


Disregard my post on this issue. It turns out I wasn't entering the right password after all, when I thought it was the right one. I can log in with no problems now.

Aha! Thank you. Maybe other folks here should read this and double check what they are typing or give us complete information please?


whoa this it completely different form my problem... same ending tho i cant get onto fiesta... i sent in a ticket the other day (4days ago) and still haven't got an answer back yet...

Thank you for realizing that there was a 4 day holiday and that tickets sent to support will take extra time to get a response until we catch up, ah the curse of the holidays!

I am still having problems logging in. Since Sunday when I try to log in it tells me to make sure my email and password are correct. I have reset my password many times and am still getting the same thing when I go to log in. I have sparkcash balance on this account and have characters that I play with my sisters with. I would hate to lose this so could you please tell me how to fix this or fix it please.

The password retrieval is not broken. There is nothing to fix. I believe you're missing a step at this point or you're typing the wrong information. Make sure you follow these directions for a successful password reset: http://outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=130435

hmmm... I don't have any screenshots but I do have problems logging on...

When I log on... {Like ther launcher that types the e-mail and password}

I see the book and the Now Loading thingie...

But once it gets full...

Some kind of X-Trap Error occurs...

and It says:

CODE_FIELD [10-0300-00002EFD-200]

"The access to X-Trap patch server is unstable or X-Trap update wasn't able to run properly. Please restart the game"

Yet again... I did restart the game and I've tried everything... please help... now that I'm back too early... o_0

I have another account on same computer and have no problems logging in to that one so I don't think it is my computer.

Sorry for not making my questions clear. This is LemonSky from Bijou, and Currently I am borrowing my neighbor's account, since Lemon is still unable to login to Both the game and forum. The launcher says to check email and password, which I have done several times(same with forum)

It has come to my attention that many of yall, if not all, have encountered a problem logging into the game. It either says there is an Error, or that the information is incorrect, etc.

So in order to try to keep this issue localized into one area, so that if there are announcements or answers provided by the staff, you guys can refer to this thread. All other threads concerning this will be closed so that people can navigate through the forums with ease, and find other information and topics not related to this issue if they need be.

I would also like to ask that you guys please give a detailed description of what has occurred. As in what error messages you are getting, if you were playing at the time it happened and you happened to DC, if you are able to get on, etc.

Any information that you may have to narrow down the issue for Outspark would be very helpful.

Keep in mind it is the Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend. So the majority of the staff is not available at this moment. So responses may be slow. But I'll do what I can do forward this to someone when available.

Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation in this matter, and hopefully this will be resolved soon.

I'm actually having that problem.
Whenever I try and log onto the game, it says "please check to see if password and log in information is correct"
Or when I try to log in on here, it tell me there there is a Error 404, or something like that.
I haven't played in a week or logged on in a week, so I have no idea what's wrong.

ok i understand im banned...but why do i get wrong id/pass?...shouldnt i be able to log and at server select screen get a "this account is banned" message?

P.S. I think this acount(tavyssj5) was just haked....i cant log in(i didnt have the id/password error...untill yessterday i could log with no problem). I tryed password reset but it sais that it doesn't recognize my email.....so i think it was haked.
I can still write u this because i never closed this window for the last few days(i was loged on at the "Can't login" thread) and i use opera browser wich leaves all my tabs opened.

i can't log in i am having trouble downloading fiesta patch225-226.exe
it keeps on downloading after it finishes a box pop up that says
"patch version 11.00 - RT Patch (R) Software Update System"
and two downloading bar pop up one says 100%
the other closes it never gets higher than 29%
i tried manually updating it and the pop still comes up
also reinstalled fiesta 3x
i dont know if theres anything else to do
