Can't Login?

It has come to my attention that many of yall, if not all, have encountered a problem logging into the game. It either says there is an Error, or that the information is incorrect, etc.

So in order to try to keep this issue localized into one area, so that if there are announcements or answers provided by the staff, you guys can refer to this thread. All other threads concerning this will be closed so that people can navigate through the forums with ease, and find other information and topics not related to this issue if they need be.

I would also like to ask that you guys please give a detailed description of what has occurred. As in what error messages you are getting, if you were playing at the time it happened and you happened to DC, if you are able to get on, etc.

Any information that you may have to narrow down the issue for Outspark would be very helpful.

Keep in mind it is the Thanksgiving Holiday Weekend. So the majority of the staff is not available at this moment. So responses may be slow. But I'll do what I can do forward this to someone when available.

Well I logged off to check my emails because fiesta doesn't let me on the internet when I'm playing and I tried to log in again and *poof* it said "please check and make sure that your ID/Password is correct"

I was off-line for 4 hours, went to log on to enjoy the wonderful PvP KQ... and got "Error logging you in." message. After several minutes of retrying, I now get "Check email/password." and the rest is history.

Nothing detailed about it.

I was playing fiesta, got out for a minute to check something, and couldnt get back in.

I play on the Epith server, but that shouldnt matter as it's not even getting that far. You click login and receive that error.

well i went to switch characters to do the lvl 35-49 pvp kq it said authentication failed and then when i tried to log back on it said there was a error couple minutes later it said to check my info and now its back to there was a error ive restarted my computer my router and no change clearly my info is correct though cause i logged on to forums

Basic problem overall is anyone who has logged out cannot log back in..
No new accs made can log in
Other games besides Fiesta cannot log in.
Weird thing is i waited abit and it let me in once..
but now its currently reinstalling since my brother messed with the programming lool>.>

I was simply vending and logged of to refresh my comp and when I tried to relog I got a message that read "your password or email may be inncorrect please try again. I did and got the mess several times. I tried to log into the website and it worked so I changed my pass. then tried again, still got the same message. Thank You!

I decided to logout of my account and reboot my whole computer because I was getting really laggy in Uruga.
When I try to login to Fiesta, it says "Please check your password or ID so that it is correct" or something of the like.
After a couple more tries, I rebooted my computer again. I tried to login and it says "There was an error loging you in".

server i normally play is teva. but i cant even get passed the log in screen.

all the info is correct, no caps lock is not on. i was just on the server less that 2hours ago. and now i cannot log in at all.

well I was offline the past few hours, pretending to have reallife, and now I wanted to go for PVP KQ so I tried to log in and actually because JeanPaul asked me whats wrong with his account and if is password got changed I kinda wanted to try if my account is okay and if it is a bug or if HE just had the prob.

Well, everyone's lighting up troubleshooting, and sending tickets and who knows what else at the moment.
But it seems the problem started between 230-300 pm pst. I am est, and sat down to log in but recieved the "there is an error loging you in" pop up box. Then I went to check my e-mail, wondering if I had been falsely banned, as I can log into store and forums just fine. Came back from checking e-mail and tried again, same box. Tried changing my password, but got same error. A few minutes later it changed to "please check your e-mail address and password are correct" pop up box. So I came to forums. Starting looking for official thread, posted on a few others ;) Tried again, and we're back to "there was an error loging you in" pop up box. My boyfriend thought it might be our desktop, so he made the mistake of logging off to see if I could log on with his laptop. Now we're both stuck out of the game. Apparently it is game wide, as we're on Epith and I've seen both Teva and Aponline reporting this too.
Lol, people are wigging, and I so nicely spent the afternoon playing w/ my toddler, now I'm feigning for some game time myself, not to mention disappointed I missed my shot at pvp kq.

I had a similar issue, but after two days of re installing and uninstalling fiesta completely.it finaly logged me in...but now I d/c after only being online for about 5 seconds.

this is what happened to me when I first experienced this.

Now that it has been reinstalled, I receive this message whenever I try to start Fiesta.

I have turned off my firewall and all other possible conflicting software.

This must be a wide spread occurrence and seeing I cannot submit a ticket with any success, I am posting this here.

Computer 1 (My brother's unit, a 'frankenstein' type system built using recycled parts):
System crashed likely due to a failing memory chip based on the nature of the blue screen that it produced, it has been doing that lately and will be repaired as soon as I get parts again.

When it restarted, he was unable to log in to Fiesta with an error mentioning username and password incorrect.

He had in fact been on Fiesta earlier today, and has not changed his password since his account was created so it isn't one he would forget. Epith server.

Computer 2 (My big computer, built by myself using retail parts): Was playing normally, helping out Guild Academy members level up, and logged out to switch characters in addition to trying to troubleshoot my brother's computer. Because Fiesta hangs on logout, Task Manager was used to end the program entirely like I usually do when a lag-out occurs. On the restart, I received the same error as my brother's computer did- related to username and password.

Both of us play on the Epith server, and had been off and on all day with nothing unusual save a rather high lag rate and an increase in lag-induced disconnects, which may be the fault of the satellite ISP used here being loaded down with holiday traffic.

I have the same problem, I can't login, i type my usual password but with that it says "There was error logging in" but this was not the same words as earlier, it said, "Username and password is incorrect", and so i thought i was hacked, so there, I changed my password, without knowing it would still not work. I've already sent a ticket with all the details but here it is again:
I logged onto Fiesta to help a friend, and got 'Please check your e-mail and password are correct' I panicked and got onto outspark.com to change my password.
But. I could sign in. I changed my password to be safe and tried again still nothing.
My wifey in America is still on though and is able to navigate freely.

To help the team i would suggest checking the server that holds all the username and password data and run a virus scan on it. aslong as the data is safe it can be restored once the problem is solved.

it would say Log-in server is currently offline, ive seen this message only once. so unless they changed it to a very vague message (which makes no sense) i doubt thats it.

Same problem as nearly everyone else. Attempt to log in, and a box pops up that says "There was an error logging you in". I have not changed my password recently, and was logged in seconds before.

And actually, for several of us, this isn't a "free" game. We contribute by purchasing spark cash items. Due to the fact that most spark cash items expire, we actually do lose out when there's downtime like this. Not that I don't understand giving Outspark time to fix the problem, but it works both ways.

It still isn't a free game in my sense. A large number of players have put thousands of dollars into the game, therefore it is a game paid for. We have every right to ask for official statements regarding downtime, unplanned at that. You can expect trolls everywhere; the free game argument does not work for that.

I won't be back to continue arguing since the game is up, but feel free to PM me if you so wish to continue, pointless as it is.

Yeah, im having the same problem... but what i wanna know is if Outspark is gonna do anything about those of us that have cash shop stuff, and time is ticking off on them while we cant play, because of something that is their fault... i can understand there was a problem... which chances are that wasnt their fault... but it sure as hell isint ours either... what about those of us that charmed, and got disconnected, and cant get back online... so are the charms gonna die without us getting to use them and are we only gonna get an "oh well, tough luck" and if this problem is around for a few hours, thats a few hours of time taken off my cash shop outfits... so they are in fact... costing ME money... all im saying is i hope something is done for those of us that are being affected by their mess up... im not asking for any handouts or to be given anything, but i dont feel i should lose anything over something that is in fact... their problem...

I think it started with "Authentication failed" which would pop up while I would switch chars or servers. Which would kick me off, then while trying to log back in I would get "There was an error while logging you in"

My computer broke, and was fixed, recently and in the process the hard drive was completely wiped out. So I got my computer back and immediately downloaded Fiesta, but when I went to play it, a small window with an upside-down question mark, exclamation mark, period, and dash popped up along with a "OK" box. I clicked that and another small window appeared exactly the same with a 2 at the end. Then a white window with Fiesta up at the top appeared, then vanished all together. I thought that maybe a problem with the downloading process was the reason, so I uninstalled it, restarted my computer, installed it, restarted the computer again, and it went through the same thing.

I'm thinking perhaps it is not the game itself, but something else that I need to install.
If so, any suggestions or problem solving-ness?

Sounds like you need to install Directx9.0c again since you just wiped out your hard drive.

And to those still experiencing problems logging in like the other day, don't worry, Outspark has not forgotten you. It's just taking a bit longer to figure it out since it's the weekend. Hopefully it will eventually resolve itself, or it will be addressed soon once the staff gets back into the office when the workweek starts up again.

i reinstalled fiesta 2 times......and besides i cant log in with my main account cause id/pass issue, i also get that fiesta.bin error on the acc i can log.....but i just move it out of the window way and i play.....just dun press close button and drag it out of your way cause game doesnt freeze when that error appears..or at least for me

I try loging in and it shows the game opening and loading then when it is 3/4 they way done loading it closes me out. How Come?

Listen. I have same problem on my second account and i did this: after u press the log in button just swich to another window and wait untill fiesta loads and gets to server selection screen.....after u swich back to fiesta screen an error with Fiesta.bin will appear....DO NOT CLOSE THAT ERROR WINDOW...just move it out of the way and continue to play because nothing happnes.
At least that worked for me.
I still cant log my main acc though >.<

Hello I have the same problem. I can not login to my account, keeps giving me an error. I'm from Germany if this helps, could be a region problem.

When I try to login to the Forum it just goes back to login screen, thought my account was being hacked so I resett my password and that allowed me to change it, but it will keep doing the same thing before if i were to try relogging into the forum or game.

If you've registered an account after July 14th 2008, you will not be able to play Outspark's Fiesta. You'll have to refer to the version provided by Gamigo if that is the case.

ever since this new patch on the pvp crap i cant login for some reason. theres no pop-up i just keep trying 2 login by pushing the login button . meanwhiile on the bottom of the window it says that this new patch is downloading. after it says download completed then nothing happens. so i press the login button again and the patch downloads again and nothing happens. my internet isnt screwed up either. so how do i login?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

i got the same problem as you it seems that everyone else has a different problem i haven't seen anyone else have it but mine after it finishes the patch this small window opens up with to download bars and closes before they both fill up

Disregard my post on this issue. It turns out I wasn't entering the right password after all, when I thought it was the right one. I can log in with no problems now.

I got the exact same problem, and this seems to be the most common problem occuring. So to the Outspark team, get working and fix this please, you have waiting customers, and may of them if that, so fix these problems asap, please.

What you have to do is change your password, you MAY have to do this several times but it works, i have had both the DC problem (kibaxme) and the error (everyone here). And may i suggest this thread being bumped to somewhere in the Support section ? hope i could help ^^

What you have to do is change your password, you MAY have to do this several times but it works, i have had both the DC problem (kibaxme) and the error (everyone here). And may i suggest this thread being bumped to somewhere in the Support section ? hope i could help ^^

Umm.....I donno about anyone else but i cant change my password anymore....the day after they said the login issue was fixed i could still change password....that day i tryed all:i reinstalled 2 times(with latest installer downloaded), changed password a few times and restarted pc.
None of those methods worked.....but after about 1 day passed i couldnt even log to outspark.com...i tryed the "forgotten password" and when i got that email and i clicked on the link that was suposed to log me in once, it just sends me to outspark home page without conecting me. When i press the onther link that should send me to profile edit to change pass, it redirects me to login screen
What about u guys? Can u still change your passwords? Cause from what i saw, many of u cant log the site anymore eighter..

Keep in mind that the staff had a very long Holiday Weekend due to Thanksgiving. And about 4 days ago it was Thanksgiving, so everyone was home enjoying their family time. So due to that, no one was at the offices for a few days to check the tickets.

But, since we're back to the work week there are now people available to look into the tickets, as well as the residual problem that still persists from when this thread was created. Though since it is a Monday, it's going to be quite hectic, and I'm sure the Emails/Tickets and workload are piled up from the extended weekend. So if you do not get a reply today, expect it sometime later in the week.

Thanks Saphar for posting the link. I would like to add that if you tried several times to reset and you're not getting the sequence of screens i show in the guide, you will need to delete all your cookies to reset the login behavior.

I think one of the screens is confusing on Step 6, this is where I added a box to say IGNORE the message at the top and click on the login button to actually change the password.

hmmm... I don't have any screenshots but I do have problems logging on...

When I log on... {Like ther launcher that types the e-mail and password}

I see the book and the Now Loading thingie...

But once it gets full...

Some kind of X-Trap Error occurs...

and It says:

"The access to X-Trap patch server is unstable or X-Trap update wasn't able to run properly. Please restart the game"

Yet again... I did restart the game and I've tried everything... please help... now that I'm back too early... o_0

the problem is when i downloaded it, it sayed some error on Xfire and the options were abort retry and ignore. I tried retry for 10 minutes than ignored it. Is that my problem? I have tried redownloading it.

No, I didn't make any mistakes, I've also reset my password to make sure and I still get nothing.

Edit: Added note, What about any active Premium Items on these accounts we can't access...
